“Whoever gets it (the injection) will definitely get the health worker, because Ukraine has decided to start an immunization campaign with medical staff,” RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
He added that the first person is vaccinated "as soon as the vaccine arrives in Ukraine."
He also noted that the vaccine developed by AstraZeneca may arrive in Ukraine next week.
Earlier it was reported that the government of Ukraine approved a decree according to which the country is prohibited from registering Russian vaccines and other prophylactic agents against coronavirus.
