He said that for quite a long time on the site of large foreign Internet platforms "massively, as if on command, began to manipulate Russian children by disseminating prohibited information", in particular, calls for minors to participate in unauthorized rallies in Moscow and other cities of Russia January 23 and 31.
“The Commission has examples of the fact that citizens of foreign states, including those from Ukraine, are involved in these illegal appeals and fakes,” RIA Novosti quotes him.
Piskarev also said that the past uncoordinated actions in Russia are part of a single plan to destabilize the situation.
On February 10, the State Duma commission is holding a meeting at which it considers the issue of the participation of Western countries in organizing uncoordinated rallies in Russia.
