February 10, 2021The twists and turns on the 2020 presidential elections do not end, perhaps the American elections among the most controversial and debated in recent years.

The Fulton County, Georgia prosecutor's office has opened an investigation into Donald Trump's attempts to overturn the vote in Peach State.

To write it is the New York Times, one of the most authoritative newspapers in the country with stars and stripes and pro Dem area.

The investigation also concerns, in particular, the phone call in which the former president asked the Secretary of State of Georgia, Brad Raggensperger, to find "enough votes" to overturn the outcome of the vote, in favor of Joe Biden.

According to the newspaper, Fani Willis, recently elected Democratic attorney in Fulton County (which also includes the capital Atlanta), sent a letter to various government officials, including Raffensperger, requesting that they keep the documents related to Trump's January 2 phone call.

A request, it is explicitly stated in the letter, which is part of a criminal investigation.

Georgia thus becomes the second state, after New York, where Trump risks a trial.
