The decision of the federal and state governments to extend the lockdown initially states that almost everything will remain closed, slowed down, distanced, masked and regulated - at least until March 7th.

And yet there will be a significant feature.

The Chancellor has given up her resistance to the opening of daycare centers and schools.

And that although she sees the latter as the starting point for a renewed infection process, a possible third wave of the pandemic.

But she is no longer willing to take political responsibility for the risks.
