Schwerin (dpa / mv) - The lockdown to combat the corona pandemic, initially limited to mid-February, will be extended in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania to March 7th.

This was announced by Prime Minister Manuela Schwesig (SPD) on Wednesday evening in Schwerin after the federal-state consultations.

Hairdressing salons in the state can therefore, as stated in the federal-state resolution paper, reopen from March 1, subject to hygiene requirements.
