Munich (AP) - According to “Sport Bild” (Wednesday), FC Bayern Munich is interested in the two left-backs Borna Sosa from VfB Stuttgart and Marco Friedl from Werder Bremen.
The magazine did not name a source.
The league leaders of the Bundesliga are considering to compensate for the expected departure of central defender David Alaba with Lucas Hernandez, who is currently mainly used as a full-back.
The 23-year-old Croatian Sosa is now convincing at promoted Stuttgart after a few teething problems.
The 22-year-old Friedl comes from the youth of FC Bayern.
For the Austrian, who initially went to Bremen on loan in 2018 and permanently in 2019, there is supposedly a buyback option.
