Lübeck (AP) - The catch-up game scheduled for Tuesday by VfB Lübeck against Hansa Rostock in the 3rd football league has been canceled.

After an inspection of the pitch commission of the German Football Association (DFB), it was decided on Monday that the first half of the game on matchday 19 would be canceled again.

After the permafrost of the past few days, the place is frozen.

The Dietmar Scholze Stadium has no underfloor heating.

Their installation is planned for after the end of the season in May.

The Lübeck match against TSV 1860 Munich last Saturday had already been canceled.

The DFB asked the bottom of the table VfB Lübeck to look for alternative stadiums for the home games.

First discussions with professional clubs in the vicinity have already taken place, but have remained without result, according to a statement from VfB.

The DFB had rejected an exchange of home rights proposed by the Lübeckers and Hansa.
