She grew up in Bromma, trained as a sociologist and has sat in the Riksdag for many years. Now Désirée Pethrus (KD) takes over from Ella Bohlin who has resigned for health reasons. One of the big challenges will be the covid vaccination, hear her talk about it in the video above.
Désirée Pethrus will take over the rather complicated title of Health Development Regional Council.
This means, among other things, responsibility for geriatric care, cancer care and not least vaccination.
And she is not happy with how few doses of the covid vaccines the Stockholm Region has seen in terms of the number of inhabitants.
