As Russian Health Minister Mikhail Murashko noted earlier, vaccination against coronavirus is best organized in the Krasnoyarsk and Perm Territories, Belgorod, Kirov, Kurgan, Orenburg and Volgograd regions, as well as in Kaliningrad.
