In October, the 45-year-old man was stopped on the E4 in Knivsta, after driving over 180 km / h.

The man was also suspected of being under the influence of drugs and was forced to submit blood samples.

The test result later showed that the man had amphetamine in his body, and was charged a month later for that as well.

During the trial in Uppsala District Court, the man denied and told that he does not use drugs and that he had been very surprised when the drug test was positive.

Peeed in the mouth

After taking the sample, the man must have been told that his girlfriend had taken amphetamine, which according to him must have ended up in his body during a sex act the weekend before the police stop.

"In connection with this, they drank each other's kiss in the shower", the interrogation is referred to in the verdict.

"The only way he can have ingested amphetamine is through NN's (girlfriend's, editor's note) urine."

District Court: Not unreasonable

The story is supported by the girlfriend's witness statements and Uppsala District Court now frees the man from the suspicions of drug driving and minor drug offenses.

"His objection cannot - in view of the investigation in the case - be considered completely unreasonable", the court writes in the judgment.

The man is, however, sentenced to a fine of SEK 4,000 for speeding.
