In the leader's wheel, Olympique Lyonnais launches hostilities on Saturday among the leading teams, with the hope of putting pressure on Lille, which travels to Nantes on Sunday during a 24th day punctuated by the sulphurous classic between the OM and PSG.

OL, two points behind Lille, hopes to overtake the Northerners on the occasion of the reception on Saturday (7 p.m.) of Strasbourg, an injured animal which points to 15th place after squandering two goals in advance against Brest (2-2 ) Wednesday in the money-time.

The Lyonnais have the victory in mind, but also certainly some doubts after a game narrowly won Wednesday against Dijon (1-0), the fault of "lucidity" and a "determination" at half mast according to their coach Rudi Garcia.

The former Lille technician knows that the Mastiffs, impressive at the same time in Bordeaux (3-0), intend to make short work of the Nantes Canaries, Sunday (5:00 p.m.) at La Beaujoire.

The team led by Raymond Domenech since the end of December has just chained 14 matches without the slightest victory, a black series that worries Nantes supporters to the highest point.

Unhappy supporters, there are also a lot of them in Marseille, depressed by a series of bad results and the resounding resignation of coach André Villas-Boas on Tuesday, three days after the invasion of the Olympian coach center.

The state of form of the Marseillais, ninth in the standings with two games late to play, is therefore not at its zenith when it comes to receiving Paris SG, historic rival who occupies the third step of the podium.

The classic played on Sunday (9 p.m.) at the Vélodrome, co-broadcast by the Téléfoot and Canal Plus channels, will serve as fireworks for a 24th day of L1 within the reach of Monaco, the last member of the leading quartet.

Wissam Ben Yedder's partners are going to Nîmes on Sunday (3 p.m.), the red lantern.

The other poorly classified Lorient (18th) and Dijon (19th) will set off in search of a rebound respectively in Reims on Saturday (5 p.m.) and in Montpellier on Sunday (3 p.m.).

Stade Rennes, host of Lens on Saturday (9:00 p.m.), is not allowed the slightest misstep.

His fifth place is threatened by his evening opponent and Metz, also two points behind before a trip to Saint-Etienne on Sunday afternoon.
