  The notification stated that during the Spring Festival travel period (January 28 to March 8, 2021), people from outside the province who returned to rural areas in Fujian Province, as well as people engaged in imported cold chain foods in the province, direct contact with imported goods at ports, isolation sites, transportation vehicles, Front-line practitioners such as fever clinics and those who travel to rural areas after entering the country after being released from isolation must hold a certificate of negative nucleic acid test (including health code information) within 7 days.

All localities shall conduct home health monitoring for the above-mentioned returnees for 14 days after returning home. During this period, they shall not gather or move, and carry out a nucleic acid test on the 7th and 14th days of returning.

Non-key populations who migrate from low-risk areas to cities in Fujian Province do not need to check the negative nucleic acid test within 7 days.

  The Fujian Provincial Health Commission stated that it strictly implements the "six prohibitions" requirements of the national joint prevention and control mechanism, that is, localities shall not arbitrarily prohibit people from returning to their hometowns for the New Year, do not implement centralized isolation and home isolation measures for returnees, and do not cross provinces in low-risk areas Non-key populations who migrate to cities are subject to nucleic acid testing. Non-key populations returning from low-risk areas within the province will not be tested for nucleic acid testing certificates, home health monitoring will not be conducted on returnees within the province, and the home health monitoring period must not be arbitrarily extended.
