China's President Xi Jinping is advancing his ideology and is now anchoring it in the education of school children.

According to Bloomberg, the Chinese Communist Party (CP) published new guidelines on Wednesday that children between the ages of six and 14 should be taught one hour a week by the "Young Pioneers".

The Young Pioneers are a national youth organization that reports to the CP.

The guidelines state that Young Pioneers should be instructed to "keep the teachings of Xi in mind" and "do what Xi taught."

Part of education is also that “today's happy life is ultimately made possible through the leadership of the Communist Party” and “through the superiority of socialism”.

Almost all of the country's children are members of the youth organization, which has played an important role in the Communist Party since it was founded in 1949, as it indoctrinates the party's guidelines from an early age.

Data from 2007 estimate the membership of the Young Pioneers at around 130 million.

Young people over 14 years of age are promoted to the “Communist Youth Association”, which is also subordinate to the CP.

President Jinping tries to establish his so-called "Xi teachings" alongside the ideology of Maoism, whose ideas go back to the former communist leader Mao Zedong, and thus to strengthen his power in the country.

The Xi teachings are a guideline for action for all Chinese and are anchored in the constitution of the People's Republic.

Public people, such as diplomats, executives, and writers, are often under great pressure to do their justice.

The “Chinese People's Newspaper”, the country's largest circulation newspaper and Communist Party propaganda instrument, quoted the guidelines on Thursday.

Accordingly, it is strategically important to "pass on the red genes from generation to generation" by strengthening "political education and its values" among children.
