"Since February 5, 2021, the Rosselkhoznadzor has lifted temporary restrictions on the supply of tomatoes and peppers from 13 enterprises from the Armavir region of the Republic of Armenia, where no characteristic signs of the Pepino mosaic virus were found," the ministry said in a statement.

It is noted that the decision was made on the basis of the results of the study of quarantine phytosanitary monitoring, which was transferred by the Armenian supervisory authority.

Earlier, the Rosselkhoznadzor allowed the import of tomatoes from six Azerbaijani enterprises and apples from seven producers to the territory of Russia.
