Gummersbach (dpa / lnw) - In a head-on collision after a wrong-way drive by an 84-year-old, both drivers involved were seriously injured on Wednesday near Gummersbach.
According to the Cologne police, the 84-year-old man was driving his car against the direction of travel on Bundesstraße 256.
The wrong-way driver hit the front of a 28-year-old man's car.
Both vehicles skidded several meters over the road.
The drivers were taken to a clinic, seriously injured.
