The Sundance Independent Film Festival is resisting the health crisis with "live" screenings, but with small audiences and the return of drive-ins in 24 US states.

The film "Coda", by Sian Heder, a remake of "The Aries Family", opened.

As for Robin Wright, she goes behind the camera for the first time with "Land".

In France, the Gérardmer Fantastic Film Festival rewards two French feature films: "Teddy" by Ludovic and Zoran Boukherma, a werewolf story that won the Jury Prize.

"La Nurée" by Just Philippot wins the Critics' Prize and the Audience Prize with a grasshopper farm where everything goes wrong.

The Grand Prix goes to Brandon Cronenberg - son of David - for "Possessor".
