If you've ever watched or read a manga, you haven't escaped it.
The heroes of these Japanese series, like the Japanese themselves, are very fond of them: ramen.
But if ramen is the glory of Japanese cuisine today, they are of Chinese origin and were imported at the beginning of the 20th century.
It is actually a broth, noodles, meat (you can add vegetables and other ingredients like an egg).
It is a complete and inexpensive dish.
