The case was initiated under Part 1 of Art.
109 of the Criminal Code ("Causing death by negligence").
According to the investigation, on the evening of February 1, relatives found the body of an 81-year-old man in his house in the village of Solnechny, Pervomaisky District.
The preliminary cause is carbon monoxide poisoning.
Earlier it became known about the death of the former head of the Ministry of Agriculture, ex-chairman of the Altai Regional Council of People's Deputies Alexander Nazarchuk at the age of 82.
