"Taking into account the number of accreditations of various media received by the district court, in order to ensure the principle of transparency and openness of legal proceedings, as well as the fulfillment of the requirements for observing social distance, it was decided to organize an exit court session in the building of the Moscow City Court," RIA Novosti reported.
Earlier, the Prosecutor General's Office said that the corresponding requirement of the Federal Penitentiary Service is justified due to the violations committed.
As noted in the department, prosecutors will support the position of the Federal Penitentiary Service during the trial.
The meeting is scheduled for February 2.
