Heidenheim (dpa) - Second division soccer team 1. FC Heidenheim has brought back its former striker Tim Kleindienst.

The 25-year-old will be loaned by the Belgian first division club KAA Gent until the end of the season, the Swabians announced on Saturday.

It is the third time in the striker's career that he has joined the Heidenheim team.

Last season he almost scored her promotion to the Bundesliga with 14 goals in the league and two more in the relegation that was ultimately lost against Werder Bremen.

For Gent, Kleindienst has scored one goal in 15 league appearances this season.

Kleindienst is already entitled to play for the home game of Heidenheim against FC St. Pauli on Sunday (1.30 p.m. / Sky).
