Gerolstein (dpa / lrs) - A house owner got behind the wheel of an excavator after a long argument with his tenant - and the house in Gerolstein (Vulkaneifel district) was partially torn down.
"The tenant was in the house at this time, but fortunately was not injured," said the police on Friday.
The building is no longer habitable and is considered to be in danger of collapsing.
A photo sent by the police shows that there is a gap in part of an outer wall and the roof above it.
The police started an investigation against the landlord after the incident on Friday morning.
