The fire started at a cafe in the mall and caused extensive damage to its outdoor seating.

There were also fire, smoke and water damage in the candy store next door.

In the rest of the mall, there was mostly smoke damage.

- It has been an intense week but I am glad that we can reopen in a relatively short time, says Tariq Boholm, business unit manager at the property owner Klövern.

During the week, they have cleaned up and the various stores have had to remove smoke-damaged products.

It is therefore still unclear exactly which stores will be able to be open next week.
