Fire department officer Franz Resperge said that the third and fourth floors of the residential building collapsed.

A Reuters witness heard the explosion at around 8 in the morning, and a video taken by him also showed that the top floor of the four-story building was on fire and part of the building was turned into rubble.
It is not clear how many people are in the residential building.
The relevant local authorities have dispatched two emergency medical rescue helicopters to participate in the accident handling work.
