The 17-year-old boy lives in northwestern Skåne and is suspected of crimes committed between April and December 2020. There are four cases of rape, three of them on children.
He is also suspected of a case of sexual harassment and a case of exploitation of children for sexual posing.
The 17-year-old has been placed in an HVB home and some of the crimes are said to have taken place during his time there, writes Helsingborgs Dagblad.
Prosecution must be brought no later than 12 February.
