"As a result of the fire at the Perm gunpowder factory, four men were injured, three of them were taken to a burn center, one refused hospitalization and was sent for outpatient treatment with a minor burn," the ministry said in a commentary.

One of the injured men (30 years old) is in serious condition in intensive care, the condition of two more - 48 and 49 years old - is assessed as satisfactory.

The situation was taken under the personal control of the head of the Russian Ministry of Health, Mikhail Murashko.

A fire at a gunpowder factory in Perm occurred on January 28 during the loading of industrial waste from a warehouse into a car, special products stored in the warehouse caught fire.

URA.RU reported that two loaders and a driver were injured in the fire.
