It is noted that the excess of the radiation background was recorded when checking 41 tons of refractory cementitious mixtures and blocks for insulation of the pool walls.
“The level of ionizing radiation on the surface of containers with refractory material was about 1.89 μSv / h, with a natural radiation background of 0.07 μSv / h,” the customs officials said.
The department decided to ban the import of this product into Russia.
