Kiel (dpa / lno) - In Schleswig-Holstein, 388 new corona cases were registered within 24 hours.
A week earlier there had been 523 new infections.
The number of new corona infections per 100,000 inhabitants within a week fell to 89.7 on Thursday - i.e. to the value on Monday of this week.
This is based on data published by the Ministry of Health in Kiel on Thursday evening (data status: January 28, 8:21 p.m.).
The number of people who died with or from Corona rose by 19 to 834.
According to the information, 505 corona patients are currently being treated in hospitals in Schleswig-Holstein.
That's more than ever since autumn.
87 receive intensive medical care, 57 with ventilation.
The number of those who have recovered is estimated at around 28,300.
So far there have been 35 412 proven corona infections in the state.
