A 48-year-old coach was arrested by the Trieste Mobile Squad on charges of forcing minors under 14 to undergo sexual acts, exploiting his role as coach of a youth football team.
On multiple occasions, he allegedly harassed some students while they were taking a shower or in the car after training.
For this reason the man was arrested by the mobile squad of the Trieste Police Headquarters.
The man, who has a police record for similar facts, was tracked down at his workplace and taken to the police station.
The parents of the children have presented many complaints to the State Police against him: The sports club immediately dismissed the coach.
According to what was reconstructed by the investigators, the man, abusing the position of coach, harassed the boys in the shower or in his car when he accompanied them home after training, or even during improvised massages after injuries.
Investigations are continuing to ascertain any further cases of abuse.
