Frankfurt / Main (dpa / lhe) - In a fire in a Frankfurt care facility, a person was injured on Wednesday night.
The fire was reported in one of the assisted living apartments of the facility, as the fire department announced in the morning.
The resident, to whom a fire brigade spokesman was initially unable to provide any further information, suffered burns and was taken to a hospital.
According to the information, the emergency services were able to extinguish the fire after a short time.
Surrounding apartments were not affected by the fire, it said.
The police have therefore taken over the investigation into the cause of the fire.
The amount of damage was initially also unknown.
