The incident took place at junction 54 in a southerly direction.
At the time of the collision, one of the cars overturned and ended up on the roof.
In one car sat a lone male driver while in the other car sat two men.
- The lone driver survived without injuries.
But the other two received minor injuries, says Andreas Odén, the police officer on duty.
Alcohol in the blood
He adds that the body was inspected by the lone driver, who was found to be under the influence of alcohol.
He is now suspected of drunk driving and gross negligence in traffic.
As there was a lot of debris on the road, it had to be shut down while the tow truck was working. At half past one at night, the road was cleared of debris and traffic could roll on as usual again.
