A little more than a week after entering prison, the dangerous criminal JADN, alias 'El Melillero', has temporarily left his cell to face a double judicial appointment this Wednesday: to testify for the brutal acid attack on his last girlfriend, that she continues to be admitted in a very serious condition;

and sit in the dock for allegedly assaulting his son's mother in 2016.

The young man, who accumulates a long criminal record, arrived at the City of Justice in Malaga at around 9:00.

Due to the fact that extraordinary security measures are being applied to him in prison, and he is still in preventive quarantine due to Covid-19, he has been transferred in an individual vehicle,

separated from the rest of the prisoners, who have been driven in a bus.

From the dungeons of the judicial headquarters, he has been taken to the Violence against Women court number 3 in Malaga, where he has been interrogated as a suspect of spraying

Sandra

, his ex-girlfriend, and

Cristina

, a friend of hers who accompanied her

with acid

.

The events occurred on January 12 in the Málaga municipality of Cártama and it was three and a half days later that the Civil Guard detained JADN after a spectacular device in Mijas.

Sources from the Superior Court of Justice of Andalusia (TSJA) have reported that the judicial authority has ratified this morning

the provisional detention, communicated and without bail for the investigated

, who has availed himself of his constitutional right not to answer the questions of the judge and the representative of the Public Prosecutor's Office and has only answered the questions raised by his lawyer.

The evidence points to him

As he did in his first statement after being arrested, he

has denied his involvement in the events

, something that the Armed Institute investigators are clear about after studying the different evidence and evidence collected.

The young man, who appeared around 9:30, is also being investigated for the crimes of threats and damages, thus raising the charges against him.

The case continues under summary secrecy

.

This diligence has taken place after the Court of Instruction number 2 of Fuengirola, acting as guard, decreed on January 18 his admission to prison accused of two attempted homicide.

However, after submitting the investigation, the head of the Violence against Women court number 3 in Malaga

considered that the attack could be classified as an attempted murder,

considering that it was premeditated.

In addition to the main suspect, the Civil Guard arrested six other people, relatives and acquaintances, as alleged collaborators.

Among them, a brother of 'El Melillero', who was released without charges for collaboration because he could not be charged with this crime due to his family ties.

"I'm going to get your guts out"

The second judicial appointment of the detainee has taken place in the Criminal Court number 13 of Malaga, where he has faced

an accusation of two and a half years in prison

for allegedly beating the mother of his son, whom he later threatened seriously.

According to the Public Ministry's brief, the victim and JADN

argued after he met her at a Marbella nightclub

.

After asking for an explanation, he punched her in the face, threw her to the ground and dragged her down the steps of the premises.

The girl managed to escape but the accused allegedly caught up with her and threw her on the hood of a car.

There "he attacked her,

punching her in the body until she fled,"

says the Prosecutor's Office, which states that National Police agents accompanied the woman to a health center to be treated.

In the days that followed, the defendant apologized to the woman and said that he wanted to see the child;

but in the face of her refusal,

"he called

her

again this time from a hidden number and insulted and abused

her,

"

saying, among other things, "you're worth nothing, I'm going to shoot you and I'm going to make you invalid."

According to the prosecutor, 'El Melillero' allegedly sent the victim messages in which he said:

"I'm going to take your guts out

, the one I sent you to your house hasn't come to give you kisses."

This oral hearing, scheduled for mid-morning, was held behind closed doors.

However, the TSJA has specified that the Prosecutor's Office

has maintained the accusation and the request for conviction of the accused

for the alleged commission of a crime of mistreatment.

The trial has been seen for sentence.
