In his address, the deputy noted that increasing the share of small and medium-sized businesses in GDP is necessary for sustainable economic development.

To achieve this goal, according to Sukharev, it is necessary not only to create preferential tax and credit conditions for business, but also to simplify the procedure for registering new enterprises.

“In this regard, I ask you to evaluate the expediency of exemption from payment of state duties for citizens who register a legal entity for the first time or register for the first time as individual entrepreneurs,” the text of the appeal says.

Currently, the amount of fees is 4 thousand rubles for registration of a legal entity and 800 rubles for registration of an individual entrepreneur.

Today only persons who have submitted documents for registration in electronic form and have a personal enhanced qualified electronic signature can not pay these fees.

Earlier it became known that a number of licenses and permits for business will be extended in Russia.
