Dresden (dpa / sn) - A resident was seriously injured in a fire in an apartment building in Dresden on Tuesday.
Because a missing person had also been reported with the fire, the firefighters quickly entered the building wearing breathing apparatus, the fire brigade announced on Tuesday.
The emergency services discovered a seriously injured man in an apartment on the fifth floor.
After receiving emergency medical attention, he was taken to a hospital.
The cause of the fire and the amount of damage are still unknown.
