The updated situation in Italy and in the world
There are 10,593 new cases of Covid in Italy in the last 24 hours.
The victims are 541.
In Lombardy 1,320 positives and 77 deaths
With 24,040 swabs carried out (of which 11,288 molecular and 12,752 antigenic) the number of new Coronavirus positive cases in Lombardy is 1,230, a percentage of 5.1%.
The number of patients admitted to intensive care fell below 400 (392, fifteen less than yesterday) while the number of patients in other wards increased by 118 (3,530).
There are 77 deaths which brings the total number to 26,789 since the beginning of the pandemic.
As for the provinces, 367 cases were reported in Milan, of which 169 in the city, 188 in Brescia, 102 in Varese 95 in Mantua, 87 in Como, 79 in Pavia, 71 in Monza, 59 in Lecco, 53 in Sondrio , 38 in Lodi, 21 in Bergamo and 12 in Cremona.
Lazio, 1039 infected, in Rome there are 600
In Lazio, out of almost 10 thousand swabs (+1,506) and almost 20 thousand antigenic for a total of almost 30 thousand tests, there are 1,039 positive cases (+165), 43 deaths (+3) and +2,525 recovered.
Hospitalizations and intensive care are decreasing, while cases and deaths are increasing.
The ratio between positives and buffers is 10%, but if we also consider the antigenic the percentage drops to 3%.
Cases in Rome return to 600. If we compare today's data with that of last Tuesday, we record a drop of 61 cases.
Puglia 995 new cases and 30 deaths
Today in Puglia, against 11,790 tests for Covid-19 coronavirus infection, 995 positive cases have been recorded: 272 in the province of Bari, 97 in the province of Brindisi, 82 in the province of BAT, 121 in the province of Foggia, 163 in the province of Lecce, 246 in the province of Taranto, 9 residents outside the region, 5 cases of unknown province of residence.
Furthermore, 30 deaths were recorded: 11 in the province of Bari, 4 in the province of BAT, one in the province of Brindisi, 6 in the province of Foggia, 2 in the province of Lecce, 6 in the province of Taranto.
Since the beginning of the emergency, 1,264,811 tests have been carried out, 60,729 patients are cured and 53,715 are currently positive cases.
In Emilia Romagna 993 new cases
The daily contagions of the coronavirus in Emilia-Romagna fall below one thousand: in the last 24 hours, in fact, 993 new positives have been discovered on the basis of 24,641 swabs, including molecular and antigenic.
Hospitalizations are also down slightly, but there are still 75 deaths.
Of the new positives 461 are asymptomatic, identified with screening and contact tracing.
Active cases drop below 50 thousand (49,142), 94.8% of them in home isolation because they do not require special care.
There are 220 patients admitted to intensive care (-2 compared to yesterday), 2,293 those in the other Covid departments (-129).
Of the 75 new victims, 34 are in Bologna, 11 in the province of Forlì-Cesena, seven in the Ferrara area, six in the Piacentino, five in the province of Ravenna, four in those of Parma, Reggio Emilia and Modena.
In Campania 976 new cases, 25 deaths
There are 976 new cases of coronavirus that have emerged in the last 24 hours in Campania, 41 of which are symptomatic and 786 asymptomatic.
The processed swabs are 11,441, of which 2,082 antigenic (of these, 149 tested positive).
The total of positives in Campania since the beginning of the emergency is 215,752 (of which 855 antigenic), the total swabs analyzed are 2,351,357 (of which 15,518 antigenic).
25 deaths are included in today's bulletin of the Campania Region Crisis Unit, 9 of which occurred in the last 48 hours and 16 occurred previously, but recorded yesterday.
3,643 people have died in Campania since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic.
There are 791 new healed: the total healed rises to 148,876.
In Campania there are 101 Covid patients hospitalized in intensive care, 1,470 Covid patients hospitalized in hospital wards.
Veneto, 746 new positives and 93 deaths
There are 746 new coronavirus positive cases in Veneto in the last 24 hours, a figure which brings the total of infections since the beginning of the pandemic to 306,952.
The data of the Veneto Region also show the constant decline in hospitalizations, which today dropped to a total of 2,230 with a reduction of 13 beds in the non-critical area and 16 in intensive care.
There are 93 instead and victims since yesterday for 8,695 deaths in total since the pandemic began.
In Piedmont 728 new cases and 38 deaths
Today the Crisis Unit of the Piedmont Region communicated 728 new cases of people who tested positive for Covid-19 (of which 172 after antigen tests), equal to 3.4% of the 21,364 swabs performed, of which 13,420 antigenic.
Of the 728 new cases, 370 (50.8%) were asymptomatic.
There are 163 patients admitted to intensive care (+ 0 compared to yesterday).
Non-intensive care patients are 2307 (- 57 compared to yesterday).
There are 10,247 people in home isolation. The diagnostic swabs processed so far are 2,400,134 (+ 21,364 compared to yesterday), of which 1,005,945 were negative.
South Tyrol, 559 new cases out of 8,051 swabs and 8 deaths
In South Tyrol the numbers of daily contagion from Covid-19 remain high even if in the face of a high number of daily tampons processed.
In the last 24 hours the new coronavirus cases registered are 559 out of 8,051 swabs examined.
The health company separates the positivity, 86 emerged from 1,342 molecular swabs analyzed and 473 out of 6,709 rapid antigenic tests carried out yesterday.
The death toll was heavy yesterday, as many as 8 for an overall figure of 853. In total, the people who tested positive for the molecular swab in the province of Bolzano are 34,587 out of 175,974 tested.
The cured people who had a molecular swab are 22,501.
The pressure on hospitals remains strong: 225 covid patients are hospitalized in normal wards while 30 are in need of intensive care treatment. 161 positive patients are found in private facilities.
In Friuli Venezia Giulia 421 infections, 33 deaths
Today in Friuli Venezia Giulia 242 new infections have been detected on 6,106 molecular swabs with a positive percentage of 3.96%.
Furthermore, 2,841 rapid antigenic tests have been performed, from which 179 cases (6.30%) were detected.
There are 19 registered deaths to which 14 are added which occurred before January 19.
There are 64 admissions to intensive care units (yesterday 62) while those in other departments are 668 (yesterday 686).
This was announced by the deputy governor of the Fvg with responsibility for Health, Riccardo Riccardi.
The deaths totaled 2,299, with the following territorial subdivision: 532 in Trieste, 1,098 in Udine, 517 in Pordenone and 152 in Gorizia.

The average age of 346 new positives today is approximately 46 years (15% are under 20, 27% between 20 and 39, 28% between 40 and 59, 21% between 60 and 79 years , 9% are 80 or older).
New cases are 0.3% more than the previous day's total.
The healed grew by 0.3% and reached 119,083 (90.5% of total cases).
Today 7,749 molecular swabs and 6,035 rapid antigenic swabs were performed, of which 2.5% were positive.
On the other hand, 5,379 subjects were tested today (with antigenic and / or molecular buffer, excluding control swabs), of which 6.4% were positive.
The currently positive are 8,426 today, -0.4% compared to yesterday.
The people hospitalized in beds dedicated to Covid patients today are a total of 785 (15 more than yesterday, plus 1.9%), 103 in intensive care (6 less than yesterday, minus 5.5%).

Regarding the province of residence, the deceased persons are: 4 in Florence, 1 in Pistoia, 2 in Massa Carrara, 1 in Arezzo, 1 in Siena.
Some of the deaths reported to the regional offices in the last 24 hours refer to deaths that occurred in the previous days.
These are the data - ascertained at 12 noon today on the basis of the requests of the National Civil Protection - relating to the progress of the epidemic in the region.
Liguria 271 positives and 17 deaths Genoa
According to the Liguria Region bulletin, there are 271 new Coronavirus positives, compared to 4,629 molecular swabs, to which are added 2,727 swabs processed with rapid antigen tests, carried out in the last 24 hours.
There are 17 deaths while hospitalized people decrease by 7 units.
Calabria, 232 new positives
In Calabria to date 477154 subjects have been subjected to tests for a total of 503800 swabs performed (more tests can be performed on the same subject).
The people who tested positive for Coronavirus are 31511 (+232 compared to yesterday), the negative ones 445.643.

Abruzzo, 152 new cases;
17 deaths
A total of 41,107 positive cases of Covid 19 have been registered in Abruzzo since the beginning of the emergency.
Compared to yesterday there are 152 new cases (aged between 6 and 87 years).
There are 16 positives under the age of 19, of which 4 in the province of L'Aquila, 6 in the province of Pescara, 2 in the province of Chieti, 3 in the province of Teramo and 1 resident outside the region.
The death toll of patients records 17 new cases and rises to 1435 (aged between 48 and 95, 9 in the province of Chieti, 3 in the province of Teramo and 5 in the province of Pescara).
Of today's total, 7 cases are reported in recent days and communicated only today by the ASL.
The number of positive cases also includes 29625 discharged / healed (+284 compared to yesterday).
The currently positives in Abruzzo (calculated by subtracting the number of discharged / recovered and deceased from the total of positives) are 10047 (-149 compared to yesterday).
Since the start of the Coronavirus emergency, a total of 600373 molecular swabs (+2795 compared to yesterday) and 50161 antigen tests (+4182 compared to yesterday) have been performed.
The positivity rate, calculated on the sum of molecular swabs and antigen tests of the day, is equal to 2.2 percent.
415 patients (-11 compared to yesterday) are hospitalized in non-intensive care;
42 (-2 compared to yesterday with 2 new hospitalization) in intensive care, while the other 9590 (-136 compared to yesterday) are in home isolation with active surveillance by the ASL.
Of the total number of positive cases, 11954 are resident or domiciled in the province of L'Aquila (+6 compared to yesterday), 9190 in the province of Chieti (+36), 8679 in the province of Pescara (+66), 10771 in the province of Teramo ( +40), 350 outside the region (+2) and 163 (+2) for which provenance checks are underway.

In Sardinia 138 new cases
Curve of infections again downhill in Sardinia.
In the latest update of the Regional Crisis Unit, 138 new cases were detected (37,394 the total) compared to 4,343 swabs (560,342 the total): the ratio of positive cases to the number of swabs performed therefore marks a positivity rate of 3, 1%.
There are also three deaths (955 in all).
On the other hand, 468 patients are currently hospitalized in non-intensive wards (-4 compared to yesterday's figure), while 44 (-4) patients are in intensive care.
There are 16,286 people in home isolation.
The healed are a total of 19,185 (+329), while the people declared clinically cured are currently 458.On the territory, of the 37,396 positive cases ascertained overall, 8,595 (+28) were detected in the Metropolitan City of Cagliari, 6,158 (+12) in the South Sardinia, 3,047 (+7) in Oristano, 7,524 (+38) in Nuoro, 12,072 (+53) in Sassari.
Basilicata, 60 new cases and 4 deaths
In Basilicata yesterday 694 molecular swabs were analyzed: 60 tested positive for coronavirus but of these only 56 belong to people residing in the region.
This was announced by the regional task force, specifying that in the last 24 hours four deaths have been recorded (two not resident in Basilicata), with the total number of Lucanian victims therefore risen to 309. The number of people hospitalized in the hospitals, of which only two in intensive care, at San Carlo di Potenza.
With 22 recovered (in total 5,531) the Lucanians currently positive are 6,743 (6,658 in home isolation).
Two new positives in Valle d'Aosta In the last 24 hours 27 recovered
Confirm a slowdown in the spread of coronavirus in Valle d'Aosta the latest data released by the regional bulletin that report only two new positives in the last 24 hours (out of 103 people subjected to swab ) and no deaths.
The total cases of contagion drop to 282 (25 less than yesterday) with 27 new healed.
The patients are now 44 (4 in intensive care.
