Pfizer vaccine appears effective against the English variant of the coronavirus

January 25, 2021 The company Moderna announced that its vaccine against Covid-19 is also effective against the British and South African variants of the virus.
The vaccine, says Moderna in a statement, produces antibodies capable of neutralizing the variants that have so far emerged in the two countries.
The company adds that it will still launch a vaccine booster to see if it will be even more effective against future variants of the coronavirus.
