The suspected Turkish citizen allegedly stabbed the Russians due to the domestic conflict that arose.
Two victims are in hospital with injuries of varying severity.
At the same time, the condition of the third patient does not cause concern.
The diplomats asked law enforcement agencies to provide detailed information about the incident.
“According to the available information, the suspect in the attack has been detained.
The Consulate General continues to closely monitor the situation and the state of health of the hospitalized, ”the diplomatic mission said.
Earlier it was reported that the Consulate General in Istanbul is clarifying the circumstances of the attack on the Russians.
