Egypt begins a vaccination campaign against the "Corona" virus
The Egyptian Minister of Health and Population Dr. Hala Zayed announced the start of the vaccination campaign with the Chinese "Sinopharma" vaccine against "Covid-19" for the first groups, especially the medical staff in isolation and triage hospitals in Egypt.
The Egyptian Minister said during a press conference she held today ... that vaccinations are safe and have undergone all the analyzes that have proven their effectiveness ... noting that the study proved the effectiveness of the vaccine by 86%, and that its success in generating antibodies reached 99%, and the ability to prevent it from occurring moderate infections reached 99%. Or violent to 100%.
She emphasized that those who receive the Corona vaccine are over the age of 18 years, noting that children and pregnant women will not receive the emerging corona virus vaccine.
She explained that the produced Corona vaccines have proven effective for a period of 3 to 6 months, stressing that receiving the vaccine does not substitute for adherence to the precautionary measures.
