“As a result of the accident, two passengers of the bus - a 36-year-old resident of the village of Polyanka and a 48-year-old Lviv resident - were injured and were hospitalized in medical institutions.
Despite the efforts of the doctors, the man died in the hospital from his injuries, ”the police said.
On the fact of the accident, the police opened criminal proceedings on the grounds of an offense under Part 2 of Article 286 (violation of traffic safety rules that led to the death of the victim) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Earlier, as a result of the collision of a Lada Priora car and a train in the Ust-Labinsk district of the Krasnodar Territory, four people were killed.
