It turned out to be a 20-year-old resident of Novosibirsk.

The suspect was detained under Art.

91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Russia, gave testimony regarding his correspondence on the Internet with other users, ”the Investigative Committee noted.

In the near future, the investigation will go to court with a petition to choose a preventive measure against the person involved.

Earlier, the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case on the dissemination of calls on minors to participate in illegal rallies on January 23 on social networks.

Roskomnadzor reported that social networks have begun to remove appeals addressed to children to participate in unauthorized actions.
