"In connection with the spread in the media, the Internet and social networks of calls to participate in unauthorized actions on January 23, 2021, we officially warn that for such calls and participation in such events, liability is provided in accordance with the law," the website of the Moscow the police.
The police also urged citizens not to succumb to provocations, not to take part in uncoordinated public events.
Earlier, the Prosecutor General's Office of Russia demanded to restrict access to websites calling for participation in illegal actions on January 23.
It is noted that warnings about the inadmissibility of violating the law were announced to persons calling for illegal actions.
