Edewecht (dpa / lni) - Former Bundesliga goalkeeper Oliver Reck will remain the trainer for the regional soccer team SSV Jeddeloh II in the new season. According to the club, the keeper extended his contract until 2022 from Friday Fourth division in January 2020 and is in sixth place with the outsider in the southern group of the northern season.

"We want to try to continue playing attractive football after a restart," said Reck.

«Unfortunately there were only eleven games that I was allowed to sit on the bench as a coach last year.

We achieved a very good record in these games.

I would like to expand that further. "

Reck was active in the Bundesliga between 1987 and 1998 for Werder Bremen.

With the Hanseatic League he was German champion in 1988 and 1993 and DFB Cup winner in 1991 and 1994.
