You need to perform "cardiopulmonary resuscitation" according to the "four steps of first aid" steps.
1. Evaluation: evaluate the environment and ensure safety.
2. Check: Determine whether the patient has a response (consciousness).
3. Call: for help: dial 120, get first aid kit, AED, etc.
4. Rescue: Continue to evaluate the patient's breathing. If the patient does not breathe or has only dying breathing within 5-10 seconds, he should be rescued by "chest compression", "open airway", and "artificial respiration" immediately.
Essentials of "Chest Compression"
1. The pressing position is at the midpoint of the connection between the two nipples and the junction of the breastbone.
2. Kneel on the patient's side and press, with both knees close to the patient's arm.
3. The pressing depth is 5-6 cm for adults, 5 cm for children, and 4 cm for babies.
The frequency of compression is 100~120 times/minute.
Ensure full rebound.
Essentials of "Artificial Respiration"
1. First press the forehead and lift the chin to open the airway
2. Then pinch the patient’s nose, perform mouth-to-mouth artificial respiration, blow for 1 second, 2 times in a row, so that the patient’s chest has slight undulations, without deep breathing.
3. Resuscitation is carried out at the ratio of 2 artificial respirations for every 30 compressions (30:2) until the professional doctor arrives at the scene.
If artificial respiration is not possible or unwilling, simple chest compressions are equally effective early.

1. Open: After ensuring the safety of the on-site environment, start the machine and operate according to the voice prompts.
2. Paste: Paste the electrodes and connect the wires.
3. Check: Let AED analyze the patient's heart rhythm by itself, and don't touch the patient.
4. Electricity: After confirming the safety, press the discharge button to deliver a life-saving electric shock. After the electric shock, do not evaluate the cardiopulmonary resuscitation immediately.
Do not turn off the AED, it will automatically analyze every 2 minutes, follow its instructions.
First aid experts teach you how to relieve infant airway obstruction and suffocation
1. Grasp the cheekbones on both sides of the child with one hand and fix the head.
2. Pass the other hand from the back to grab the pillow of the child, and sandwich him up.
3. Quickly turn the baby down, head down, and impact 5 times with palm heels at the two shoulder blades.
4. Turn the baby around again, head up, and perform chest impacts 5 times at the midpoint below the line of the two nipples at a frequency of 1 time per second.
5. Slap back and chest alternately until the foreign body of the patient is discharged.
6. If the patient loses consciousness, start CPR.
