In detail, a student at the University of Sharjah, Noura Nazari, who studies an industrial engineering major, said: “I have trained in (Emirates Airlines), (Boeing) and (Lock Head Martin) companies, and I look forward to working in the private sector, in order to increase my experience and benefit myself and my country from Through the skills that I acquire ».

She described her training experience as fruitful because she got to know colleagues of different nationalities and cultures through her, and went through various scientific experiences, which allowed her to discover different mentalities and expand her educational scope.

My view continued: “Every practical training I underwent in different fields, including that I worked during my training in (Emirates Airlines) on my graduation project, about people of determination and I worked in it to improve workflow and project management, while I trained in (Boeing) during my experience between aircraft Which it was manufacturing, on a new program specialized in drawing and three-dimensional printing (3D), in addition to projects to improve work in terms of cost, safety and quality ».

Regarding her experience at "Luke Head Martin", she explained that she was in a new field of business and financial analysis, where she worked to create a special database, in addition to the technical skills that she acquired, confirming that her experiences contributed to the development of her skills in dealing with others, especially communication skills. And increase self-confidence.

A student at the American University of Sharjah, Asmaa Al Hawai, who studies an industrial engineering major, stated that she trained at Lock Head Martin, adding: “During my training with Luke Head Martin, I acquired several skills, including communication skills and working with a team, and technical skills. », And presentation skills, in addition to carrying out various tasks, including using the (Microsoft) program to create a comprehensive database of factories located within the country.

She pointed out that the practical training in general, through which she got acquainted with a new sector (the security and defense sector), as she had no prior knowledge of what this sector offers. Follow-up: “The training provided an opportunity to meet many smart and specialized personalities, they are my team, my mentors and supervisors.” Students should go through the experience of training in the private sector, because they will learn a lot in this experience, which is characterized by diversity.

For his part, a student at the American University of Sharjah, Marwan Al-Ahmad, who studies a major in mechanical engineering, said: “I trained in (Porsche) and (Al-Naboodah), and during my training period I worked as a technician,” stressing that the technicians who worked with them were cooperative and eager to teach him. How to use a specific solution to address a problem, and allow him the opportunity to carry out tasks on his own under their supervision.

He pointed out that working in an international company helped him understand and gain their point of view at work, explaining: “I noticed how they were scrutinizing small details, such as the diversity (screws) used in one mechanical piece, and all these things made me more attentive and more careful.”

He added that the training officials liked the presentation that he made for them at the end of the training course, to the point that they offered him the option to return to work with them on a permanent job in the future to be part of the (Porsche) team.

On the smart training platform, which it recently launched on its website, the Ministry of Education offers to Emirati university students 160 vacant training periods, including 25 training periods that were provided to the platform in the last three days, and various fields of work in it, including electric power generation, distribution, and affairs Legal, shipping, medical and welfare services, information and communication technology, oil and gas, education, accounting and banking.
