Freiburg (dpa / lsw) - Coach Christian Streich apparently tends to stay with the Bundesliga club SC Freiburg.
The 55-year-old said on Friday that he had not yet "given any thought to it."
However, he did not feel that he wanted to change, he said before the Baden-Württemberg duel with VfB Stuttgart on Saturday (3:30 p.m. / Sky).
Streich's contract, who has been the sports club's head coach since the end of 2011, expires at the end of the season.
Former national player Dietmar Hamann recently suspected to the German press agency that Freiburg from southern Baden might be leaving after this season.
"My feeling tells me that he's doing something new," said Hamann, who also works as a TV expert at Sky.
Streich only extends his contracts by one year.
His long-time companions at SC Freiburg, sports director Klemens Hartenbach and sports director Jochen Saier, had recently signed new working papers.
