Saarlouis (dpa / lrs) - In a fire, a carpenter's workshop in Saarlouis burned out and partially collapsed.
Four people have been taken from the adjacent residential building, as the fire department announced on Friday morning.
The flames did not spread to the house.
No one was injured in the fire.
The fire had broken out in the joinery workshop in the early hours of the morning.
According to a spokeswoman, the extinguishing work continued in the morning.
Several streets are therefore closed.
The cause of fire was unclear for the moment.
