The rave party ended earlier than expected on January 1.

Around 1 a.m., around forty CRS had put an end to this wildly organized evening on a former military site in Réding, in Moselle, which had welcomed 150 young people.

The police investigation has since led to the placement in police custody of a first person, then three others.

Only three of them were summoned on September 17 before the military chamber of the Metz court, we learned on Wednesday from the Metz public prosecutor, Christian Mercuri.

Two of them will appear for "organizing a rave party", "non-observance of the curfew" and "unauthorized entry into military land" while the third is referred to court for the sole last incrimination, said the prosecutor.
