January 21 2021È ended with 32 convictions in Turin tonight maxi appeals process to the No Tav.
The judges have operated sensitive reduced sentences, which now range from 2 years and six months in prison, than in previous judgments, pronouncing some partial acquittals and declaring numerous episodes prescribed.
The episodes being examined by the Court of Appeal referred to the clashes between No Tav and the police that took place in the Susa valley in the summer of 2011 in the area where the preliminary construction site of the Turin-Lyon high-speed railway stands today.
