According to the ministry, an unidentified person posted on the social network "information calling for mass riots on 23 January."
At the same time, the message included "appropriate instructions on antisocial behavior."
The case was initiated under Part 3 of Art.
212 of the Criminal Code (“Calls for riots”).
Earlier, Roskomnadzor announced that it would prosecute Internet sites for involving teenagers in illegal activities related to unauthorized protests.
