Mexico's total coronavirus cases hit 1,688,944

This was announced by Deputy Minister of Health Hugo Lopez-Gatell on Twitter.

The total number of deaths in Mexico was 144,371.

Since the start of the pandemic, 1,264,780 patients with coronavirus have recovered in the country.

Earlier in Mexico started vaccination against coronavirus infection COVID-19.
