Berlin (AP) - In the trial against a Berlin clan chief and three of his brothers, the rapper Bushido is heard as a witness for the 14th time this morning (9:30 a.m.).

The Berlin district court has been negotiating for around five months.

The main defendant is Bushido's ex-business partner.

The charges accuse 44-year-old Arafat A.-Ch.

Deprivation of liberty, insult, attempted severe predatory extortion, coercion and dangerous bodily harm.

Most recently, Bushido (42) had stated in court that he had been chasing a termination agreement for months.

He initially offered the clan chief 1.8 million euros and was then ready to increase the amount.

His pain threshold could have been 2.4 million euros.

He wanted to pay so that he and his family would be left alone.

but I refused and demanded payments from him for the rest of his life.

Bushido and the boss of a well-known large family of Arab origin were partners in the music business for years.

According to the indictment, the offenses should have come after the rapper broke up business relations in 2017.

The clan chief did not want to accept the separation.

Bushido was threatened, insulted, locked in an office in January 2018 and attacked with a water bottle and chair.
